Many creators come to us after an agency took the password, the page and a larger share than agreed. We work differently. We are custodians, not owners: we look after the work each day, and every part of the business stays with you.

V. Commitments in writing

Dear creator,

We know trust is usually asked for before it is earned. So before anything is agreed, these commitments are put in writing and signed by us. They form part of our agreement with you.

  1. Your account, login, content and payouts stay in your name. Payouts go to you directly, and our share is invoiced afterwards.
  2. Our commission is agreed with you individually, and set down in writing before you sign.
  3. Every message in your voice follows your boundaries, which are written down with you before we begin.
  4. You receive a written report every week, covering revenue, conversations, and every change we made.
  5. You may leave with thirty days’ notice, and you keep everything we built together.
  6. We never discuss the creators in our care, not by name and not by detail.

Do I have to hand over my account or password?

No. We work through team access that you grant and can withdraw at any moment. Your account stays registered to you, and your payouts go to your own bank account.

What does it cost?

A commission on revenue, agreed with you individually and set down in writing before anything begins. It is often below what creators pay their current agency. There are no set-up fees.

How can someone else write in my voice?

During onboarding we study how you write and compile a written voice guide, with your boundaries in it. You approve sample conversations before anything goes live, and you can adjust the guide whenever you wish.

I already have an agency. Can I switch?

Yes, and most creators who come to us do. We plan the handover around your current notice period so your inbox is never left unattended, and nothing changes for your subscribers.

Who will know that I work with you?

No one, unless you tell them. We never name the creators in our care, and every writer who reads your inbox is bound by confidentiality.
