This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit whitedoormgmt.com or send us an enquiry, why, and what rights you have. The short version: no analytics, no tracking, no advertising cookies. We only process what you type into the enquiry form, to answer you.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that Netlify needs to deliver it and keep the service secure: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. Netlify processes this data on our behalf under its data processing agreement. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses included in that agreement; Netlify is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in delivering a secure website).
3. Enquiry form
When you send the enquiry form, we receive:
- What you enter: your name, your platform handle or profile link, your monthly earnings range, whether you currently work with an agency, your biggest challenge, your preferred contact method (Telegram, WhatsApp or email) and your username, number or address for it, and optionally how you found us.
- Technical context: the page and the button you sent it from, the page language and, if present in the link you followed, campaign parameters (utm source, medium, campaign) and answers passed on from a matching quiz (earnings, need, style, niche).
The form is processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify, see section 2), which stores the submission in our Netlify account. At the same time a small server function sends the content of your enquiry as a message to our team via a Telegram bot (Telegram Messenger Inc.), so a partner can read and answer it quickly. Telegram is located outside the European Economic Area; its own privacy policy applies to messages on its service.
Purpose: answering your enquiry and preparing a possible first conversation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a possible contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in replying efficiently).
If you ask us to reply via Telegram, WhatsApp or email, the conversation runs through that service, and its provider's privacy terms apply as well.
4. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. If no working relationship follows, we delete the submission in Netlify and the Telegram message no later than 12 months after our last contact. If you would like it deleted sooner, tell us and we will do it. If a working relationship follows, the data becomes part of the client file and is kept for as long as the agreement runs and statutory retention periods (for example for invoices) require.
Netlify's server logs are kept by Netlify for a short period for operation and security.
5. Cookies, tracking and fonts
- No analytics and no tracking: we do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics, tracking pixel or advertising service, and we set no tracking cookies.
- Session storage: if you arrive through a link with campaign or quiz parameters, the page remembers them in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so they can be sent with the form. Nothing is stored beyond the session and nothing is sent anywhere unless you submit the form.
- Fonts: all fonts are served from our own website. No request goes to Google Fonts or any other font service.
6. Recipients
Your data is seen only by the White Door team and by the service providers named above (Netlify, Telegram), as far as they need it to provide their service. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for advertising.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Write to applications@whitedoormgmt.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live.
8. Changes
We update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the current version.
