Who we work with
Creators in practically every niche. We have scaled creators across very different audiences, so the niche on its own is rarely the question. What matters more is whether your income leans on messages, and whether you want someone to look after that part properly.
Established creators get the most out of working with us, because there is already an audience whose inbox can be looked after better. Creators earning under $5,000 a month are welcome to ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we think we can make a difference.
Languages
We work in English and German. A fan who writes in German gets an answer in German, in your tone, not translated English. The conversation with you can also be in German: the first call, the contract discussion and the weekly report. There is a German version of our home page and a set of German guides.
What stays yours
- Your account. Registered to you, verified with your ID.
- Your login, email and two-step verification. We never ask for your password. We work through access you grant and can withdraw at any moment.
- Your content. You own what you create. We use it only to run your account, in the ways you approve, while we work together.
- Your payouts. They go to your own bank account. Our commission is invoiced afterwards.
- Your fans and your notes. When you leave, the voice guide and notes we built are yours to keep.
These points are written into the commitments we sign before you sign anything.
Money
Our commission is 25–60%. Where your rate falls depends on your account and what we take on, and your exact rate is set in writing before you sign. It is often below what creators pay their current agency. There are no set-up fees.

Notice period and leaving
You can leave with thirty days' notice. You keep everything we built together: the voice guide, the fan notes, the price list and of course the account. What happens with commission after the end is written into your agreement before you sign, so there is nothing to discover later. Leak removal
For creators we manage, leak removal is part of the service, carried out through a specialised partner provider. You do not file notices yourself, and it is not a separate subscription. How we report
- Every morning: a short note on your phone covering what came in overnight, what sold and anything that needs your decision.
- Every Monday: a written report with revenue by category, notable conversations and every change we made to prices, offers or schedule, with the reason.
- Any time: you can look at your own dashboard. We never stop you seeing your numbers.
How starting works
- Your request. A short note through the form on the home page. A partner reads it and replies personally within one working day.
- A first conversation. About forty-five minutes, in English or German. We talk about your account, your voice, your limits and your terms. Nothing is binding, and nothing you tell us is shared.
- The agreement. You receive our commitments in writing, signed by us, together with the commission we propose for your account. You take the time you need, and you can have it read by a lawyer.
- Onboarding. About seven days: we study how you write, put your boundaries on paper, review your prices and set up team access that you can revoke at any time. You approve sample conversations before anything goes live.
- The first weekly report. From then on, every Monday.
If you are coming from another agency, onboarding runs during your notice period, so your inbox is never left unattended.
What we ask of you
Working well together is not one-sided. We ask creators to:
- write down their boundaries honestly at the start, and tell us when they change;
- read the weekly report and tell us when something looks wrong;
- keep producing the content agreed in the plan, or tell us early when that is not possible;
- keep their login, email and two-step verification safe, because they stay with you.
What we never do
- Ask for your password or move your account, email or payouts into our name.
- Post content or sell anything you have not approved.
- Cross the boundaries you set, or let anyone in your inbox do so.
- Name the creators we work with, or discuss them in any detail.
- Charge set-up fees.
- Lock you in with penalties, or make leaving harder than the thirty days' notice in the agreement.
- Pressure you to produce more than you have agreed to.
Who we are not a fit for
We would rather say this now than after a month of working together.
- Creators who want someone else to run the whole business while they never look at a report. We report every week and expect you to read it.
- Creators who want guaranteed numbers. Nobody honest can promise a figure. We can show you what we will do and report on it every week.
- Creators who want to hand over their login and forget about it. Your access stays with you, which means some responsibility stays with you too.
- Anyone looking for a one-off service, such as leak removal on its own or a single promotion push. We manage accounts, we do not sell parts.
- Accounts that would need us to cross the platform's rules. We will not.
