Short answer
Short answer: White Door Management is an OnlyFans and Fansly agency for creators netting $3,000+ a month; the accounts we manage run from about $10k to over $100k a month. At $10,000+ the inbox, not traffic, usually decides income, so we start with chatting and pricing: Chatting & Backend at 20–25% of net, or full management at 25–60% of net, one rate in writing, no minimum term, and your login stays yours.
What changes at $10,000 a month
- The inbox is the business. On the accounts in our five case studies, 82–89% of revenue was earned in messages. At that share, every unanswered fan at night is money that never happens.
- Commission is real money. At $10,000 net, every 5 points of commission is $500 a month, $6,000 a year. The basis matters as much as the rate: 30% of gross is more than 30% of net.
- You have more to lose. Login, payouts, content and the right to leave without paying commission afterwards protect a business that already exists. Check all four in writing before you sign anything.
Commission in dollars at your level
| Net per month | Chatting & Backend (20–25% of net) | Full management (25–60% of net) |
|---|---|---|
| $10,000 | $2,000–$2,500 | $2,500–$6,000 |
| $25,000 | $5,000–$6,250 | $6,250–$15,000 |
| $50,000 | $10,000–$12,500 | $12,500–$30,000 |
Net means what reaches you after the platform's share. Your exact rate is set in writing before you sign; there are no upfront costs and no other fees. To break even, a team has to lift your net by rate ÷ (1 − rate): by 25% at a 20% rate. Our earnings calculator shows your own net after the 20% platform fee.
Results from accounts that started above $10,000
Three of the five anonymised case studies on our results page started above $10,000 a month:

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Creator D | $18,700 | $112,400 | 10 | 89% |
| Creator C | $52,400 | $96,100 | 9 | 86% |
| Creator E | $118,500 | $412,300 | 14 | 82% |
Monthly revenue after the platform's share and before our commission, from each creator's own payout records, shared with their permission. These are individual results, not an average and not a forecast for your account. One further account shows $2.84M net from August 2022 to October 2026, and another eight months in a row above $51,000 (March to October 2025); both payout records are on the results page.
What we do first on an established account
- Chatting, around the clock. People on our team answer every fan in your voice, in English or German, from a written voice guide you approve. No AI writes messages.
- Pricing. A price ladder for paid messages and bundles instead of discounts, so loyal fans can spend more without the page feeling cheap.
- Reporting. A short daily note and a written report every Monday covering revenue, conversations and every change we made.
If you bring your own traffic, Chatting & Backend covers all three. Full management adds traffic, growth and marketing. Details: our chatting service and what the commission covers.

Is White Door for creators earning $10,000 a month or more?
Yes. White Door works with creators netting $3,000+ a month, and the accounts we manage run from about $10k to over $100k a month. Established creators benefit most, because there is already an audience whose inbox can be looked after better.
How much commission would I pay at $10,000 net a month?
Chatting & Backend is 20–25% of net, so $2,000–$2,500 a month at $10,000 net. Full management is 25–60% of net, so $2,500–$6,000. Your exact rate is set in writing before you sign, and there are no other fees.
Do you have results for creators who started above $10k?
Yes, three of our five anonymised case studies: $18,700 to $112,400 a month in 10 months, $52,400 to $96,100 in 9 months, and $118,500 to $412,300 in 14 months. Monthly revenue after the platform's share, before commission. Individual results, not a forecast.
Can I switch from my current agency without losing income?
Usually yes. If your contract allows it, onboarding runs during your notice period so the inbox is never left unattended. Check your current contract for notice, exit fees and commission after you leave first.
Do I have to give you my password?
No. We work through team access you grant and can withdraw at any time. Your login, email, two-step verification and payouts stay with you.
