An agency's promises are only worth what is written down. These are the commitments White Door Management signs before you sign anything. Each one is a line you can hold us to, and each one is worth asking any agency for in writing. The full structure of an agreement is in our sample term sheet.
The commitments
| Area | Our written commitment |
|---|---|
| Account | Registered to you, verified with your ID, never moved into our name |
| Login and security | Your password, email and two-step verification stay with you. We never ask for the password. We work through team access you grant and can revoke at any moment |
| Payouts | Go from the platform directly to your own bank account. We never receive or hold them. Our commission is invoiced afterwards |
| Commission | Agreed individually and in writing before you sign, on net earnings. One rate for the full service (what it covers); the published range is on the facts page |
| Other costs | None. No upfront costs, no set-up fees, no other fees |
| Term | No minimum term, no automatic lock-in or renewal period |
| Notice | Thirty days, in writing; an email is enough. No penalty for leaving |
| After you leave | No commission on anything earned after the agreement ends |
| Exit | Once your notice is processed we log out of all your accounts and delete the creator data we hold; voice guide, fan notes and price list are handed back (details) |
| Content | Stays yours. Used only to run your account, in ways you approve, while we work together |
| Boundaries | Written down together before the start. Nobody in your inbox crosses them |
| Approval | Nothing is posted or sold that you have not approved |
| Reporting | A short daily note and a written report every Monday, covering revenue, conversations and every change made |
| Your numbers | You can see your own dashboard at any time |
| Content protection | Leak removal through a partner provider, included for managed creators (how it works) |
| Confidentiality | We never name the creators we work with. Everyone in your inbox is bound by confidentiality, also after the end |
| Languages | English and German, with fans and with you |
How to use this table
Put it next to any other offer you have, line by line. Where an agency cannot give you a line in writing, ask why. Our contract clause glossary explains the clauses behind each line, and the guide on switching agencies shows how to move without a gap in your inbox.
What we ask in return
A short list, and it is in the agreement too: write your boundaries down honestly and tell us when they change, read the weekly report, keep producing the content agreed in the plan or tell us early, and keep your login safe. The facts page explains why.
Questions creators ask
Does White Door put its commitments in writing?
Yes. Before you sign anything, you receive our commitments in writing, signed by us first, together with the commission we propose for your account.
Is there a minimum term?
No. There is no minimum term and no automatic lock-in. You can end the agreement with thirty days' notice, and an email is enough.
Who keeps the account, login and payouts?
You do. The account, logins, email, two-step verification, content and payouts always stay in your name. We work through team access you grant and can revoke at any time.
