This page shows what a White Door Management agreement contains, in plain language, so you can compare it with any other offer before a call. It is a non-binding sample. Your individual written agreement, signed by both sides, is what counts, and where it differs from this page, the agreement prevails. Nothing here is legal advice.
1. Parties
| Role | Who |
|---|---|
| Management | Kasir Consulting LLC, operating as White Door Management, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 6289, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: applications@whitedoormgmt.com |
| Creator | [Your name or company, address], the holder of the platform account(s) named in the agreement |
The full company details are in our legal notice.
2. Scope of services
- Inbox management: messages answered around the clock in the creator's voice, within boundaries written down together before the start.
- Pricing: review of subscription price, bundles and paid messages against what actually sells.
- Growth: promotion only through channels and partners the creator approves.
- Reporting: a short daily note and a written weekly report covering revenue, conversations and every change made.
- Content protection: leak removal through a partner provider, included for managed creators.
- Platforms: OnlyFans and Fansly, as named in the agreement.
Not included: producing content for the creator, and posting or selling anything the creator has not approved. Our facts page describes each service in more detail.
3. Commission
- Rate: 25–60% of net earnings. One range covers the full service; there is no separate price list per service.
- Net means the earnings that reach the creator after the platform's share (on OnlyFans, after its fee on fan payments).
- Your exact rate is written into your individual agreement before you sign. It depends on the account and on what we take on.
- Basis for each invoice: the net earnings shown in the platform's own statement for the period.
If you want to see how a rate on net compares with a rate on gross, our guide on whether an agency is worth it works through an example.
4. Payment and invoicing
- Payouts go from the platform directly to the creator's own bank account. We never receive or hold the creator's payouts.
- We invoice our commission afterwards, based on the platform's statement for the period, as set out in the agreement.
- No upfront costs, no set-up fees, no other fees. The commission is the only charge.
5. Term and notice
- No minimum term and no automatic lock-in or renewal period.
- Either side can end the agreement with thirty days' notice, in writing (an email is enough).
- No penalties for leaving.
6. Exit
- No trailing commission. Commission applies only to net earnings during the agreement, up to its end. Nothing is charged afterwards.
- Access: our team access is removed at the end. The creator can withdraw it at any time anyway.
- Return of everything we hold: the voice guide, fan notes, price list and any other material prepared for the account are handed to the creator straight away.
- Handover: if the creator moves to someone else, we help with an orderly handover. Our guide to leaving an agency lists what to ask for, from us or anyone.
7. Account and content ownership
- The account, logins, email, two-step verification, content and data always belong to the creator.
- We work through team access the creator grants and can revoke at any moment. We never ask for the password and never change passwords or payout details.
- We use content only to run the creator's account, in the ways the creator approves, and only while the agreement runs.
8. Confidentiality
- We never name the creators we work with or discuss them in any detail.
- Everyone on the team who reads the creator's inbox is bound by confidentiality.
- The confidentiality obligation continues after the agreement ends.
9. Content protection
Leak removal is part of the service for managed creators and runs through a specialised partner provider. It is not a separate subscription and is not sold on its own. The free leak check shows what a first report looks like.
10. Data
- We process the creator's personal data and account data only to provide the services in the agreement.
- Access is limited to the team members working on the account.
- When the agreement ends, account material is handed back and our copies are deleted, except where the law requires us to keep records such as invoices.
How we handle data from the enquiry form is described in our privacy policy.
11. Your individual agreement
Before you sign, you receive the full agreement in writing, with your exact commission rate and our written commitments, signed by us first. You can take the time you need and have it read by a lawyer. Our contract clause glossary explains the clauses worth reading twice, in our agreement and in any other.
Questions creators ask
Is this term sheet a contract?
No. It is a non-binding sample that summarises White Door's standard terms in plain language. Only your individual written agreement, signed by both sides, is binding, and where it differs from this sample, the agreement prevails.
What commission does White Door charge?
25–60% of your net earnings, meaning what reaches you after the platform's share. It is one range for the full service. Your exact rate is set in your written agreement before you sign.
Are there any fees besides the commission?
No. There are no upfront costs, no set-up fees and no other fees.
How long am I bound?
There is no minimum term and no automatic lock-in. Either side can end the agreement with thirty days' notice.
Do I still pay commission after I leave?
No. Commission applies only to net earnings during the agreement. There is no trailing commission after it ends.
Who owns my account and content?
You do, always. The account, logins, content and data belong to you. We never change your passwords or payout details, and on exit you get back everything we hold for your account straight away.
