Every creator we manage gets a short note each morning and a full written report every Monday. Below is the structure of that report. Fields are shown with dashes, because every real report belongs to a creator and we never share client data. Compare it with what your current agency sends you. Our commitments table lists reporting as a written promise.
The report
The daily note
A few lines on your phone each morning: what came in overnight, what sold, and anything that needs your decision. No dashboards to log into, no jargon.
What makes a report useful
- Net figures. Revenue after the platform's share, the same basis our commission uses (what the commission covers).
- Every change with a reason. If a price moved, you should know why.
- Your own dashboard. A report never replaces your access to your own numbers.
If an agency cannot show you a sample report before you sign, ask why. Our guide on whether an agency is worth it explains what to measure, and the results page shows what the numbers looked like for five creators.
Questions creators ask
How often does White Door report?
A short note every morning and a full written report every Monday. You can also see your own dashboard at any time.
Why are there no numbers in the sample?
Because the report belongs to a real creator and we never share client data. The sample shows the structure with dashes; your report shows your figures.
