What the notice contains
The six elements of a DMCA notice come from 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), as listed in our fact sheet: signature, the work, the infringing material and its location, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury. OnlyFans' own DMCA page lists the same elements. The optional EU line adds a notice under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act, which hosting services in the EU must process.
Where to send it
- Websites and hosts: to the abuse or DMCA address of the site and of its host.
- Google Search: through Google's web form; the details are in removing leaks from Google.
- Telegram: dmca@telegram.org, and in the EU the @EURegulation bot (Telegram leaks).
- X and Reddit: through their own copyright forms.
Use it carefully
Only file for content you own the rights to. False statements can create liability for damages under § 512(f). If a counter-notice arrives, the provider may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless you go to court. The full sequence is in our leak removal guide; for creators we manage, a partner files notices daily (content protection).
