What Maloum is
Maloum is a creator platform operated by neolime GmbH in Vienna, Austria (per Maloum's terms). Maloum states on its homepage that more than 50,000 creators use it, and fans can pay with PayPal, credit card, Klarna/SOFORT and Apple Pay. Under the creator terms the creator's share is 80% of monthly creator revenue by default, with 20% kept by Maloum. Our commission is calculated on what reaches you after that. German-language chatting
German-speaking fans notice translated German or text-generator phrasing within a couple of messages. On our side, chatting in German means: written by people, never AI; your tone from a written voice guide (informal "du" or formal "Sie", standard or regional style, your humour, what you never say); sample conversations you approve before we start; and regular quality checks against your guide and your limits. English-speaking fans get English in the same account.

What the package includes

Who it suits
Maloum creators who already have fans and traffic and whose inbox can no longer keep up. Our reported case comes from OnlyFans, not Maloum: one girl-next-door creator went from about $5k to about $45k a month after we took over her inbox, traffic unchanged (anonymised, figures as reported by White Door, statements available on request; results). Does Maloum allow chatters?
Maloum's creator terms (as of 9 July 2026) allow creators to use third parties as supporting service providers acting on their behalf and under their control. Chats must transparently disclose that third parties or AI may be involved, and the account must not in effect be handed over. We set this up with you accordingly. Not legal advice.
What does it cost?
The Chatting & Backend package is 20–25% of net earnings, meaning what reaches you after Maloum's share. No upfront costs, no minimum term, 30 days' notice, no commission after you leave.
In which language do you chat on Maloum?
In German, and in English for fans who write in English. Every message is written by a person, in your voice, never by AI.
Do you send fans to other platforms?
No. Maloum prohibits steering fans to outside channels, platforms or payments through the chat. We sell only inside Maloum.
Do you receive my payouts?
No. Payouts go from Maloum straight to your own account; we invoice our commission afterwards.
